- practise French in context through role-plays and real situations;

Thematic workshops: your questions
What level do I need to take part in a workshop?

No, they complement it. The workshops let you practise and deepen a specific skill; for complete progress, combine them with a group course or private lessons.
Do the workshops let me practise speaking?
Yes, that is their main purpose: discussions, role-plays and real situations give everyone as much speaking time as possible.
